The Scovara Combine was a consortium of dissenting pirates and political exiles from the moon of Tarsu Septima. They attempted to suspend democracy in the Tarsu system and succeeded due to the support of the Jedi Exiles and subsequent defeat of a peacekeeping mission sanctioned by the Jedi Order on Coruscant.
